2012 End Of The World - Is It The Real End?

Nowadays, people from all around the world, from scientists to students

, are trying to find an answer to one important question, which is whether or not 2012 will be the end of the world.

The truth is that no one can give an exact answer to this question because there are so many theories which are supporting the fact that there will be some alterations after December 2012. Of course no one knows whether theses alterations will be good or bad for the mankind.

There are two important schools of thought in terms of 2012. Lets talk about each of them now.

Enlightenment Theories About 2012

These theories say that there is nothing to get afraid of. In fact, the end of 2012 will supposedly result in a grand positive alteration in the worldwide consciousness which will surely benefit the human beings.

There is also an interesting fact that the book of Nostradamus, a popular historian and seer who lived from 1503 to 1566, has predictions that actually continues well beyond the scaring year 2012. This shows that Nostradamus never believed that 2012 will be the end of the world. He said that some major disasters will do occur but will not eradicate the mankind from the planet earth.

2012 End of the World Theories

The year 2012 is the end of dates as per Mayan Calendar. This is a round stone calendar which is ancient in nature. And since some of the experts say that Mayans were very good at astronomy and measuring time, this makes them consider the year 2012 seriously. The Mayan Calendar will end exactly at the end of December, 2012.

Some theories state that a Planet X will be crashing into Earth and will lead to a massive disaster. Other predictions mention that some solid polar changes will occur resulting in natural disasters such as volcano eruptions, mountains collapsing, rising water levels, earthquakes and tsunamis.

Keeping all that in mind, if there is one thing that we are certain about, it is that we will not be able to learn what will happen before we see the end of 2012.
