The most common reason people fall out of good habits is simple fatigue. You come home after a long day at work and running children around, shopping, exercising and who knows what else and you just don't want to cook. We've all been there.


This is where pre-planned meals come in handy. There are many meals you can make ahead of time and freeze for just such emergencies. You can keep a stock of hard boiled, organic, whole eggs and some nitrate/nitrite free cold cuts in your fridge to toss on a quick chef salad.

You can even make a quick BLT if you keep some nitrite/nitrate free bacon on hand. My kids love those and since we don't have them often, consider them a real treat.

The thing about learning the quickest way to burn fat is that it takes time to make the change to eating the right foods. If it is difficult to find ways to incorporate them into your busy life, you will fall back into bad habits.

Anticipating, planning and making a commitment to figuring out how to live a normal life while sticking to your guns may take a bit of internal strength, but the results are well worth the effort.
