5 Things, that will make you fat, but nobody told it!
You have tried many diets, but none of them worked. You haven't eat a single hamburger in 4 weeks, but you realize that you didn't loose any weight. Maybe you did all thing in the right way, but made a few mistakes, so all your struggles were worthless. We have collected a few hints for you, if you are stuck on your diet.

Lack of Vitamins:
Scientist agreed, that those people who can get enough vitamins from food, or from pills,didn't want to eat that much food. This is because our body can feel, if we have ate the necessary amount of vitamins. But if we didn't than our appetite will grow, and eat until we got the sufficient amount vitamins.
Solution: try to eat more vegetables, fruits, fish, or try to use multivitamins.

Overweight friends:
If your best friend got fat, you have a 57% chance, that you will get fat too. The main reason is, that most people will try to follow their friends attitude, and if this friend have a second helping, or order some desert after the meal, than there is a big chance, that you will do that too.
Solution: If the accident has happened, than begin to diet with your friend. Go to activities with your friend, that has nothing to do with eating, or you can both go to a gym, or start to do some sort of sports. If after all, you decide to eat, than you must take the first step, and order before your friend. Try to persuade your friend to eat your choice of food, rather than that nasty hamburger with soda.

Portions:
In the past 30 years, the average size of a plate has been increased from 9 inches, to 12 inches, that means 30% bigger portions! Most people didn't remember, how big a normal portion size should be.
Solution: Don't use your plate as a normal portion, instead, use your palm. Your food portion must not exceed the size of your palm; on the empty space, put some vegetables, or fruits instead...
