Recently I was asked by many of my newsletter subscribers a few tips to lose weight successfully.

So, I decided to give everyone a detailed list that I believe are the top 5 most important ways to be successful at fat loss.

Tip # 1- If you are not fat loss workout, think about the burning of fat, she thinks to burn calories.
