I had read a lot about the 7 Day Belly Blast Diet by Josh Bezoni and I was in two minds whether to get it or not. I've been let down so many times by diet books claiming to make you drop 20 pounds in a few weeks, so naturally I was quite dubious as I'm sure lots of other people are.
On his site he claims that if his diet doesn't work for you, you will get your money back, so I figured I had nothing to lose and decided to order his material. I was pleasantly surprised when I started reading it, it was actually very unique and unlike anything else I had read before. I was half expecting it to be a major scam or just copied material, but it was quite the opposite.
The general idea behind the diet is to focus on the right types of foods. It doesn't require you to count calories or spend hours in the gym, instead it talks about the really important foods you should have that have fat burning properties, and also the foods that you should avoid when trying to lose weight.
Overall I was happy with the diet and how it was laid out, it was easy to follow and at the same time didn't require starving yourself, I think for those reasons it has worked well for me and I've lost around eight pounds in a month. It's not a huge amount but the weight is coming off steady and I'm going to keep it up and see how things go. I would recommend the diet to anyone who is struggling to stick to harsh training regimes or awkward diets. Check out the official site here for more info.
