Obesity - a condition where excess body fats accumulate to the extent that it may be adverse to health. It is caused by a combination of excessive dietary calories, lack of physical activity and genetic susceptibility.

Wrong diet - wrong time/consumption of food. Is best to eat healthy meals at the same time each day.

Family history - you're not able to change anything about it and taking awareness and prevention for possible illnesses to be inherited from parents are the only actions you can take.

Aging - everyone will get old as time passes by, it cannot be avoid nor prevented. keeping healthy and active as we approach seniority stage is the best way to stay healthy, even at old age.

High blood pressure - a chronic medical condition which the blood pressure is elevated.
