Exercise: Take time out to incorporate a daily exercise routine. There is no excuse to say you have no time! Take the stairs instead of the elevator whenever possible. Park your car far away in the parking lot or walk whenever possible. Add fiber into your diet. When choosing dairy products use low-fat or skim milk and yogurts.
