Cinnamon

Turmeric


This is a spice many people don't think they're familiar with but if you've eaten Indian food, you've most likely eaten this. Adding a dash to your rice can help inhibit the growth of cancer cells because of its curcumin.

Rosemary

Not only does sniffing it make your heart flutter, but adding it to your food is good for your heart. Rosemary has been shown to lower one's chances of heart attack and other heart complications. Try smothering chicken or turkey with it before baking.

Garlic
