Being healthy is not as hard as you think. Everyone can get fit. There is no reason that you shouldn't be able to get reasonably fit if you are patient and willing to do the work involved to change. More and more individuals are starting to become concerned about their health levels each year. Think about it: don't you, from time to time, say "I really need to get healthy?" How many times do you think to yourself "I need to exercise more"? Health and fitness are important all over the glob. If you only work on a two or three muscles at a time you will only build up those muscles and feel bigger and bulkier than you did before. You do not want to increase the intensity of your workouts each day: go slowly and steadily. Constantly increasing the intensity of your workouts won't actually build up your muscles. This will only tear your muscles down more quickly. This is because your muscles need time to heal and get stronger between vigorous workouts. Muscles need time to heal between workouts. Move your workouts around. You should do a hard workout one day and an easy workout the next. This will keep you working but it gives you time to heal and build your muscle strength over time.
Get fit with your friends. Even if nobody in your social circle is well versed in fitness you can work together to keep each other on track as you work to improve your health. Working out and getting fit with your friends can make the process of getting fit a lot more enjoyable than it would be if you had tried to go it alone. Doing this also gives you a built in group who won't let you be lazy about getting fit. It is very important to have someone to help keep you focused on your end goal. Following a fitness routine with your friends is a lot easier than only ever working out alone.
Getting truly fit doesn't have to be has hard as it can seem sometimes. As long as you are diligent and patient there is no reason you shouldn't be able to get fit.
