. So: a couple of quick questions about that. One is, will you match another stores price?

Yes, absolutely, as long as its a legitimate price.

Whats legitimate?

Well, if you get a price from us its going to be inclusive of everything. A lot of time a store will give a price, and you get there and then they add tax and license or accessories that theyve added onto the car that you may not want to buy, and they tell you that youve got to buy them because theyre on the car.

Is that like the one at this price deal, where its a stripped down model? Thats what we think as consumers, that were going to get down there and its four tires and a steering wheel.

Well, no, the one at this price thing is a little bit different. What theyll do is advertise that theres one at this price, and its a price that they really cant afford to sell every car for. So theyll advertise one at this price, knowing that theyre going to sell one, and everybody else that comes in that day or that weekend, because its usually got a VIN number on the ad, any time after that car is sold, theyre not going to match that price. And theyre just going to tell you that that cars sold.

If we quote a price, or of you look at our advertising when we do it, all of our advertising says all in stock. So that kind of goes back to that relationship thing, if I sell you a car and you dont have a good experience, and we dont earn your long term business, and establish that relationship, that wasnt a success.

So we dont ever do the one at this price thing. We always do all in stock. And as far as price, well match anybodys price that is inclusive, that is a real legitimate price.
