The Backward Bend

Lie flat on your back, on a firm surface, with arms stretched to your toes, with palms flat on the floor. Keeping the both feet together, raise them above your head, till your toes touch the floor behind you. At first you may not get this, but after a few days of stretching you'll be able to.
