? Well the is nothing easy about this situation at all, I have been there before. I found myself dropping pounds, and not able to sleep or work. Well as I grew a little older and thought about the situation I realized, I went about it all wrong. Read on to find out what I did and try not to make the same mistakes.When I was younger I went threw a bad breakup and I probably did everything you could imagin wrong to try and get her back. I was showing her all of my cards and how I was feeling and she wasnt letting me know anything. I let her know everything I was feeling and acted very panicky and out of control. I think that this was what turned her off more then anything I could have done. When you are trying to get back your ex one of the worst things you can do is to let your emothing take control of you. If I couldt have just played cool I would have relized she wanted me back just as much as I wanted her. But all the time I was letting her know that she was in control and she used it to her advantage. I remember I used to get in the car and drive to places and just try to get her off my mind. But it just made me more crazy then I was before. And that is also not a good way to be is acting desperate, this only makes her feel like she is trapped in your emotions and she will try and avoid you.
When you are trying to get Back your Ex girlfriend one of the best things you can do is to take control of yourself and your situation. If you do this then she will start to look at you as a dominating factor of the breakup and that she better think threw everything very well because she is faced with you moving on. But still let her know you are willing to do what it takes to make up.
