A Happy Customer

In this present age, it is very difficult to find a satisfied customer who is very happy with the product he or she uses

. However, there are few satisfied customers like me, who is very happy with at least one of the products they had used. I always trust the products from Whirpool of India Limited. They have a very good customer satisfaction record. They know how to make a product that the customers will like because they used to conduct surveys and collect feedbacks from the consumers so that they can make many better products or make enhancements to their existing products. However, I have seen many consumer complaints against the products of Whirpool of India Limited. I was really surprised to see those consumer complaints in the internet. I have no idea how this is happening. May be because of the way the consumers use their product. Usually I used to take care of my things very well and I used to do some maintenance like cleaning it, winding the motor, and so on.

In my house, most of the home appliance are from Whirpool of India Limited. I am really satisfied with their performance. The latest home appliance I bought was the washing machine. I have been using the Whirlpool Fully Automatic Front Load Sport washing machine. It is a very good washing machine. It has many advanced and useful features in it. It is very useful for me because both my sons are very naughty and when they came back from school, there will be some stains or dirt on their uniforms. This Sport washing machine has a stain wash feature that follows a six step process to remove nine tough and difficult stains like tea, coffee, pickle, red sand, shoe polish, milk, chocolate, blood and ketchup.

Even though it removes tough stains, the washing machine makes sure that they do not spoil the clothes. For that, it has variable spin speed ranging from 0 to 1000 rpm. The consumer can choose the spin speed based on the type of clothes they are washing. For example, the consumer can use the gentle spin speed for delicate clothes and higher spin speed for cotton and normal clothes. It has 18 inbuilt wash programs to suit all kinds of clothes. The anti crease feature untangles the clothes by passing cool air over them thus making it wrinkle free clothes. Therefore, the clothes will remain wrinkle free even if we did not take out the clothes immediately after washing. To notify us that the washing is over, a buzz sound is made. It is of good help to us because we will know when the washing process is over.

The 6th sense technology is of good help because it will know how the operation is going on presently and changes the setting of the washing machine accordingly. It will study how we wash our clothes daily and make changes to the settings accordingly. This feature also adjusts the water level and detergent quantity based on the amount of clothes put for washing and the wash cycle selection. It has a wool certified wash program that allows the user to wash the delicate and woolen clothes in the washing machine without worrying about the clothes being damaged.

It has an inbuilt heater, which varies the temperature of the water used for washing ranging from 0 to 90 degree Celsius. The anti bacterial wash program make use of this inbuilt heater to kill the germs and bed bugs by operating at a temperature greater than 80 degree Celsius. Therefore, there is no need to worry about the germs and bacteria.

This washing machine is a very intelligent machine. It senses the lack of water supply and prevents the dry wash operation and thus saving the time, resources, and our clothes. It has an auto restart feature that ensures that the machine starts the washing process from the same point where it stopped when the power cut occurred. This is of good help to the customers because there is no need to start washing process from the beginning. Just imagine if this feature is not there and the power goes off just 5 minutes before the washing is supposed to get over. We have to start the washing process again from the beginning and it will use the same amount of water, detergent, power, and other resources to wash the already washed clothes.
