Appearance and Size The GS200 has a stylish black solid casing with an elegant red edging, and measures 106 x 48 x 13.8 mm. The size makes it easy to carry around and comfortable to fit in the palm of your hand. Since it only weighs 85 grams, you wont have a problem carrying it around in your pocket or purse. It has a well-designed keypad that has a user friendly navigation control key. You can easily access the call and menu keys which are just under the screen. The LCD screen measures 2 inches that supports up to 256K colour depth and has a resolution of 176 x 220 pixels, which is pretty good for such a small phone. You can easily change the wallpaper to suit your mood. This phone comes with an internal antenna and built-in speakers on the front, just between the call key and menu key. This is in order to hear phone conversations and play music at a comfortable volume. The Entertainment Features The GS200 comes with a built-in radio that supports FM tuning. It even has the RDS feature which would allow you to view information on your screen as provided by whatever radio station youre listening to at the moment. There is also an FM radio recording system so that you can easily record whatever is playing on the radio for future use. Aside from the radio, the GS200 also has a music player that allows you to play music in WAV, MP3 or even eAAC+ format. If your phone battery is fully charged, you can listen to music non-stop for fourteen hours straight. This is great for long trips or whenever youre on the move. The LG GS200 also has a 1.3 megapixel built-in camera that comes with a user-friendly and easy to locate camera capture key. The camera can also be used for video recording with a decent quality of 15 frames per second. There is also a feature for integrated video playing which would allow you to view the videos being shared by your friends. Connectivity The GS200 comes with a built-in WAP browser which allows you to surf the internet using your mobile phone easily. You can easily connect the GS200 with other phones or devices through Bluetooth 2.1 or through the USB port. The internal memory can be easily expanded up to 8 GB through the use of a microSD memory card. It has tri-band technology covering GSM 900 / 1800 / 1900, and will automatically make the switch between different network bands when needed so that you can always enjoy the best possible coverage from your network.
