Bad attitude- If your spouses' attitude changes from loving to bad you can seriously consider it a sign of a cheating spouse

. Irritability levels increasing without no reasonable explanation is the number one method employed by most cheaters to pick a fight in order to get away from home and back to their no or old lovers arm. If your spouse chooses to climbing into his or her car and drive off instead of sitting down and discussing the problem you can be sure he or she is on their way to the other person. The best thing will be for you to follow him or her, but please be discreet. Borrow someone else's car or call in the help of a private investigator or else it will all be in vain. General home and family activities may also be neglecting as there is no interest in his or her old life and daily routines.

Constant calls- Constant secretive outbound and inbound calls should send a couple of red flags waving. An extra cell phone is another great means of staying in communication as much as possible with the new guy or girl. This extra phone will usually be left in the car.

Clean-cut looks- Sudden changes by the spouse to neat, tidy and absolute clean-cut look should make you at least a little curious as to what the reason for the sudden change is. Too regular shaving of legs, pubic, arms or face increased usage of perfume and aftershave are some signs to look-out for.

Debit and Credit card statement- Do a little investigation into debit and credit card charges, by sweeping statements from under the spouses nose. Look for any strange references, charges and substantial amounts debited or credited to the account. Home budgets may also decrease to subsidise account payments, gifts etc for the other person.

Physical evidence- Physical evidence is the kind of thing you need as an ultimate sign of a cheating spouse. Look for underwear with liquid stains, familiar or unfamiliar perfume or aftershave scent on clothing, jewellery next to the bed or in the car or condoms in a handbag or wallet.
