The Accelerated Muscular Development (AMD) is a 16 weeks long program. Each of the workouts is usually based on the lower body, upper body and the whole body. Each of these body columns are broken into four, AMD, ACS, Core and ACS again. ACS workouts are Accelerated Corrective Strategies designed to improve mobility, fluidity and reduce injuries. The Combat Core Strength (CORE) workouts are meant to focus on the core part of your muscles. The AMD program also utilizes escalated density training (EDT) and undulating periodization (UND) strategies.
