After a year of very efficient and super easy Ab Workouts, I personally am thrilled with my decision to get the Ab Circle Pro. I place it on the living room floor and workout during prime time television. I use it for 10 minutes instead of the recommended six minutes but it is still an extremely fast part of my workout and then on to something else. I think I'm most happy with the improved strength in my lower back which before the Ab Circle, I had really no easy way to target that part of my body. This is not a magic trick to spot reduce flab from your belly, but a sensible workout machine which will fire up every muscle in your core area. If you eat a ton of junk then you will never win the battle, but if you are diligent with your Ab Circle you will take the hard part out of your Ab Workouts.
