What are astral projection vibrations? When you follow all the techniques to induce astral projection and reach a stage, where you are going to have an out of body experience, your body starts shaking or vibration. The vibration of the body is an indication that you are about to experience the sensation better known as astral projection or OBE (out of body experience).

These vibrations are said to be caused by the concentration of energy in your body during astral travel and you need not be worried about them. It is with practice that a person will be able to keep these sensations under control. Only when you are able to control the vibrations of the body will you be able to separate the mind from the body.

There are many people who are able to achieve the vibrations in the body but are unable to control it. Due to this lack of control, they fail to achieve astral projection successfully. It is mostly beginners who are unsuccessful at this but with practice they would be able to achieve the desired results.

In order to help control the vibrations, you can try reaching out to an object, which is far from you. Try to reach it with your hands and having reached it, try and pass your hands through it. If you are able to achieve this, you would be able to separate the mind from the physical body and experience OBE.

You are literally in a state of deep meditation at this point and with practice; you would be able to induce this sensation, whenever or wherever you want. The vibrations could be like electric current running through your body and if you are able to control it, you will understand that it is as perfectly natural state of mind.

Your body will become very relaxed and will feel as if you are floating in air, after you have learned to control the astral projection vibrations.
