. federal government should be entitled to some benefits and compensation if they are injured while doing their job. This is the reason why the Defense Base Act Law was conceived. But this should not be a problem for those who are willing to obtain the legal services of a lawyer who has specialized in facilitating DBA applications and issues. Although there are many lawyers out there, hiring just any one you find is never a good idea. The processes can still be complicated even for lawyers if they do not specialize in the DBA matters and issues.
