Accessorise Your Hen Weekend

Before a girls big day, she has to have a big night out

. The traditional hen night involves the bride-to-be getting together her female friends and relations for an evening of alcohol-induced girly chats and fooling around.

It is perfectly acceptable, even expected, for girls and normally-mature ladies to behave unlike they normally would as they leave their reserve at home for this one big night out.

If the groups jovial behaviour does not ensure they stand out from the crowd it is also traditional to head out into the town of choice dressed with an element of coordination, while the bride-to-be has some extra-special featured to distinguish her from her fellow hens.

The favourite accessory to draw attention to the Hen has to be L Plates, from fluffy to flashing. While for the rest of the party some sort of a head wear is a must, with devil horns, bunny ears or tiaras among the most common choices.

For girls that an accessory-covered outfit is not enough they can do one better and wear an entire costume. To give you just a few examples, you can go as a female firefighter, a pink fairy or a naughty French maid. There is no doubt that youll be turning heads as you stroll through the city centre.

You may want to decorate a venue for your hen party and there is much more on offer than just balloons and banners, including a wide range of willy-related memorabilia more than you could imagine in fact.

Of course some groups are keen on subtlety, but yet want to make some effort, so you could settle for all wearing hats, such as pink cow girl hats, or keep yourself warm with feather boas. Perfect for wildly waving around in the club at the end of the night.

It is often the case that during the course of the hen night that accessories and costumes do not survive the evening intact, so the best policy is to purchase items en masse at low cost for the purpose at hand.
