Small businesses need to constantly monitor the promotional campaigns and use their ad campaign budget judiciously so that they can reach out to their potential customers without creating a hole in their pockets, said Devank Maheshwari, proprietor of Sonu Communications, a small-sized communication solutions provider in Kolhapur, Maharashtra.
