Advertising with Neon Signs by:Britt Taylor
There are many forms of advertising for a small business
. From newspaper and yellow page ads to radio and TV pitches, small businesses spend a small fortune to let potential new customers know they are open for business and what goods and services they offer. Some forms of advertising are definitely more costly than others and some provide the best return on investment (ROI) and others... well others are just money down the drain. How do business owners determine what works and what doesn't? Which ads to run, which copy is the best, etc. The fact is, most business owners actually don't have a clue which works best or why. Its simply trial and error and once they land on something that remotely appears to be generating more phone calls or more stop in traffic or more buzz, they just stick with it. Ironically, this is how most small business advertising budgets are spent. It's only the larger firms that can afford to hire a full time agency that have the testing results needed to make sound decisions on where their advertising money is best spent. For everyone else, as usual, its merely luck of the draw for most.
There is however, one form of advertising that has proven itself for decades. That my friends, are window signs. And the best window signs are made of genuine neon. The classic warm glow of neon displayed in your front windows can be seen at great distances and invite customers to your establishment. The best part about neon signs is that not only do they last for years and years but they are very cheap when you compare all the other forms of marketing your business.
Since the early 1900's, neon signs have been the main stream form of business signs across the globe. Proof of this can be seen down any Main Street, USA and if you really want more proof, just drive down the strip in Las Vegas. There is no doubt that having a quality neon sign present in your front windows can draw the attention your business deserves. It's like having a full time salesperson at your disposal, calling in more customers, for pennies a day. With literally thousands of stock designs to choose from there is certainly something for anyone's taste. If you cannot find exactly what you are looking for, you can always purchase a custom neon sign. Choose your own colors, sizes and designs and watch your business "glow".
