The Aerobed raised Pillowtop is the most impressive guest bed since its' design offers endless linen combinations and can become a feature in the bedroom and it's on sale! I always find good deals online. When I saw it presented as the special of the day I knew the time had come to take the plunge! I have enjoyed the mix and match linen, and puffed out pillows that have created a luxurious look, when at the end of the day, underneath it all was an inflatable mattress.

Bear in mind that this design takes regular sized linen. It cost me nothing to put a really good and even expensive look together by simply adding a throw and a couple of color co-ordinated cushions. Use one basic color for your fitted sheet, top sheet and matching pillow cases. This base color would be the one matched to the dominant color that you have chosen. To add a second set of pillows you could use a darker or lighter shade of the base color that you' re working with, or a patterned pillowcase that captures hues of the basic sheet color.

Because you' re using your regular linen and you may be experimenting with a mix and match, the theme may just emerge simply by way of what you' ve got, be it 'country garden' or 'rustic' But start with colors first and then let the theme evolve. The theme becomes important when you are deciding which cushions to add.

To use the cushions as a feature, they could be matched to a second less dominant color found in the pattern of your comforter. And finally add the throw. The throw could be a strong but complimentary color, or an opposite color to the colors of the sheets, if you' re wanting a flamboyant look. I have managed to achieve some interesting combinations and enjoyed every minute of dressing up my Aerobed raised Pillowtop.
