Aeterno Keeps It Moving
A fiery Pennsylvania powerhouse is emerging from the alternative rock scene
, comprised of an elite set of musicians pooling their talents together for a truly explosive, exciting result. Formed in 2011, Aeterno features four seasoned rock artists collaborating to create some of the more incredible music in the indie scene today with their debut EP, Keep it Moving. With live performances and fresh material on the horizon, this four piece behemoth is poised to burst through the radio airwaves from coast to coast.
Consisting of vocalist and guitarist Neil Sarker, lead guitarist and vocalist Jason Howell, bassist Rob Ritschard, and percussionist James Donelson (A.K.A Jimmy D), Aeterno began penning songs almost immediately, recording original tunes in anticipation of their first album release. Thanks to the recording engineering chops of Jeffro Weigand, Jimmy D and the group's collective production ability, Keep it Moving is a true team effort, taking each member's unique experience and skill to generate a six track tour de force of catchy, inspired indie rock.
With their debut songs already burning up the internet radio charts of Jango, Last.FM, Pandora, and iHeart Radio, Aeterno is garnering interest and accolades from fellow musicians and industry professionals.
Robert "Bubby" Lewis - Bass player for Snoop Dog/Lupe Fiasco says "This band is truly a powerful musical experience, love it."
"Aeterno creates music that is melodic and memorable. Their writing and musicianship are outstanding," said Gene Foley, Founder and President of Foley Entertainment Inc.
Ross Tokin - C.E.O of Concerthouse says "I love the E.P. Keep it Moving, It is a collaboration of song writing and musicianship that hasn't been around for a long time."
While their performance resume is still fairly small, the group plans to perform a series of music showcases around the world instead of a series of grueling tours. Coupled with an aggressive internet and social media presence, as well as their heavy digital radio airplay and distribution by Interscope Digital on ITunes, It is not hard to find Aeterno and the group is already discovering their creative road to success.
By blending elements of alternative, rock, pop, grunge, and indie mixed with a little reggae, the band draws comparisons from 90s rock greats such as Alice in Chains, Blind Melon, and nearly everything in between. Keep it Moving builds upon their previous achievements with other projects like Old Blotter, Pentecost, The Eve Band, and Catching Flies, which saw airplay on Philadelphia area radio stations WYSP, WMMR, and WXPN, as well as MTV and VH1.
Digital copies of the debut EP are available through their Band Camp page and ITunes, where fans can try before they buy and stream the entire album for free. Their Facebook, MySpace, and ReverbNation sites have even more information, along with pictures, performance schedules, and news.
