Let's say you have an e-book and you are selling 20 copies of that e-book a day. Say, that e-book costs $27. You make $540 in a day.

That's not too bad, but just look what happens when you have affiliate marketers working for you.

Let's say you have five affiliate marketers and they each sell 10 copies of your book a day. If you give each one of them 50% commission for each sale, then here's the math:

5 x 10 sales = 50 sales = $1350 / 2 = $675 of profit for you.

You see the math?

What is even cooler is you can keep promoting your e-book on your own and everything that you sell personally is additional profit for you. It's real magic if you ask me!

Another great benefit of affiliate marketing is increased visibility. You will have a lot of people promoting your ebook and as a result of that many people will see your e-book, will remember your name and you will be aware of your website.

Increased visibility alone is worth setting up an affiliate program. If many people are aware of you and what you do, and you are in the habit of providing valuable information and products to them, then you will be able to position yourself as an expert in the markets which you are working with.

Affiliate marketers are like an army of people ready to serve you with all they have. They will promote your products to their lists and friends.

Believe me, you all alone cannot do as much work as 10 people or even three people can. It simply pays off if you have a legion of people working for you even if you're giving them a huge percentage of each sale.
