People used to gather into groups. First, they organized into tribes, later on people gathered in nations. Now every nation seeks to be divided into some smaller groups. Who knows, maybe, these small groups of people with the same opinions and inclinations can be helpful in modern world characterized by various types of diversity. One of such helpful groups is an alumni association. Why is it helpful? Why should you become a member of this organization?

1.Alumni associations will always keep you connected with the academic world which can be helpful in your career (no matter what career you have).

2.These organizations help you to stay in touch with your former fellow students and friends.

They can even be helpful for your employment: they can consult you on resume compiling and different successful patterns of behavior during interviews. Besides, you may even find your future employee during numerous activities organized by your school alumni association.

6.Alumni associations may help former students to self develop and self realize. Thus, some alumni organizations offer some courses for alumni. Various alumni associations encourage alumni to participate in different activities which can become a good opportunity for self realization.

7.These organizations can also offer numerous discounts for their members. Thus, you may have even bank discounts or store chains discounts! Of course, this is very optional and depends on the schools partners.

8.Of course, alumni associations are very committed to improve the life of community. So, these organizations launch many charity projects.
