Amway Scam Or Not? The Truth Revealed
Amway scam? Really? You need to get hold of answers before you jump into something that you'll be disappointed about .
Amway scam reports pepper the internet. Is there any substance to these blogs?
THE HISTORY
Amway finds it's humble history in a couple of 1950's, door-to-door salesman, Jay Van Andel and Rich Devos.
They recognized that others would like a chance to be self reliant and build an extre revenue stream so they created Amway in 1959 as a MLM that provided average folks the chance to grow an income.
Fast forward to 2010, 50 years later, and Amway is still going places. If there is an Amway scam they sure have done a great job keeping it from the masses and the law makers.
Let's take a look at the last 50 years.
Amway has reps in 80 countries that amount to over three million.
An 8 billion dollar revenue number for 2008 demonstrates just how much larger Amway is than all other companies in the industry.
In the course of their time in business they have donated over 325 million to charitable organizations.
THE CONTROVERSY
The main cry of an Amway scam comes in relation to the reality that some of their top reps make quite a bit of money marketing training materials.
Isn't it admirable that certain leaders could increase their skills to such a level that large numbers of consumers would fancy to learn from them?
What about dishonesty. Could there be some unethical behavior happening within a group of 3 million human beings? That's a stupid question isn't it?.
Does that mean that there is an Amway scam? It simply tells us that human nature is working amongst the huge distributor base that exists within Amway.
The BOTTOM LINE
When Amway commits to mail you products in exchange for your money... guess what? They do it.
When Amway says they will pay you money when you distribute so much product... guess what? They pay you money. It's promised in the comp plan.
If an Amway Independent Business Owner makes an income claim that seems to good to be true, do your own research to verify.
Amway publishes an annual income statistics report. You are a big boy or big girl. Take accountability for your self.
THE MARKETING
Another amway scam might lie within how they train their reps to build the business. MLM rarely spreads the way it does on the chart they showed you in the presentation.
If you feel you can call a few neighbors, never gain any business acumen and become wealthy, your in for a shock.
Fortunately, the internet provides to people just like you the chance to advertise to huge numbers of potential customers from the comfort of your own home.
With the information age you can put behind you hounding co-workers, disregard lurking around at shopping malls, and get ready to have your phone ringing all day long with hungry, ready to buy clients.
