If you are not receiving adequate training, you should put a hold your position and re-evaluate. Maybe your mentor's team has grown too big, too fast. People fall through the cracks, and thus starts the infamous "Amway Scam" story.

That's a good first step, now you need to READ the books and APPLY what you learn through council and communication with your mentors and advisors. But if your mentor is too busy, and only gives you half the instructions, you won't know any better and you may feel betrayed, as if you were kept ignorant intentionally, so it must be a scam. Right?

It's highly unlikely that your mentor WANTS you to fail, considering a mentors success comes ONLY after helping others.

The point is, don't start a business and leave others out to dry just because YOU are tied to a short leash. Be sure you are ready.

Business based friendship is finicky. Friendship based business is balanced. Be an entrepreneur.
