Rome is Italy's largest city and is the third most visited in the European Union. With a rich history of over two thousand years, there are many sightseeing activities that one can do while visiting Rome.

On the Baroque Rome tour, you will be lead by an English speaking guide on 3 hour walking tour that will take you by the Trevi Fountain (Fontana di Trevi) which began being built in 1732 by Nicola Salvi, and completed in 1762 by Giuseppe Pannini. From there you will go to Piazza Navona, an ancient city square in Rome, and then the Quirinal Palace - the official residence of the President of the Italian Republic.

After that you will visit the Column of Marcus Aurelius, a spiral relief that was built in honor of Roman emperor Marcus Aurelius and was completed in 193 AC. Much more will follow, and as this is a walking tour, comfortable shoes are highly recommended.

The Trastevere and the Jewish Ghetto tour is another walking tour. Your guide will take you through the backstreets of the historic city center, through the Jewish Ghetto and Trastevere area, by the Senate House where Julius Caesar was murdered. You will see the ancient city that was once Rome, now hidden below street level.

Afterwards, at approximately 10:30 p.m., your guide will take you to a restaurant where you will relax and enjoy your authentic Italian dinner and live Italian folk music.
