Early Start

Most of us workout when we can but the time that you decide to start your exercise fitness workout makes a difference in your weight loss goals. Start your fitness workout program in the mornings to kick start your metabolism. When your metabolic rate is raised first thing in the morning you will find yourself burning fat more effectively throughout the day.


Interval Training

You can burn more fat with interval training. This means short bursts of intensity. For example if you are running on the treadmill you need to run faster than your normal speed for about three to five minutes before reverting to your normal rate.

Get the most out of your exercise fitness workout by increasing the length of time you are running at a higher speed or increase the speed as you go along. Keep up this part of your exercise fitness workout for a week.

Strength training is an important part of any exercise fitness workout. What most people don't realize about strength training is that it helps to speed up fat loss. This is because muscles burn more energy than fat and this will help you tone up faster.

Squats and lunges are important as they target a large area. You also need to focus on smaller areas of muscles by doing leg raises, bicep curls, and leg curls. You should also do important abdominal exercises such as crunches. This should be done along the interval training you have already been doing for another week.

Breaks

Don't forget to give yourself a break. Exercise like this for two days in a row and then take a day off. Combine this exercise fitness workout with a sensible eating plan and you should see a difference in your body.
