It is easy for someone that has good control over their emotions to stand in judgment of those that don't. If we all take a hard look at ourselves though we each have our own weaknesses with our emotions. Some of us may have no problem controlling our emotions of anger, but may not be able to stop ourselves from crying at a sad movie. Tears of sadness are created by emotions. This type of emotion is not damaging to someone else though so it is never considered as a weakness.
Anger out of control is a concern for both the sufferer and the victims who are exposed to it. It is something that can escalate to a dangerous level and needs to be addressed.
Most often there are many inner resources that can be utilized as anger management, but only once the angered person realizes that they have a problem. Sure they know when they are angry what state they are in, but they may not consider it to be a problem.
