You can go to your family doctor they should be able to tell you how you can be enrolled in a program. If they cant do nothing then you might want to try to go to your local library they may have some information on how to get enrolled as well, or you may want to go on line and see what you can find out. They have classes all over so you should be able to be enrolled but there are films and books to teach yourself as well.

Yoga can hurt you if you dont know what your doing or you do too much of it at once that is why you need to talk to your family doctor before you start anything new that is stressful to your body. You have to take these kinds of things slow its just like exercising you have to build yourself up. You cant run right into it and expect full benefits from it. It does not work that way.
