Anxiety, The Signs
Anxiety, the Signs came about as a result of a realization that many of us never
realize or comprehend the changes and state we go through when we suffer from an Anxiety attack. The signs may be short lived and mild to say the least when we go through an attack, or baffling and disorientating when it hits us when we least expect it.
Most of us go through life without realizing the stress and the amount of strains psychologically and spiritually our bodies are going through during our every day jobs. We will be aware of the amount of physical strain our bodies and mind go through by our feeling tired and wasted after a strenuous session of work. this would result in the need to take a break from the routine to give our bodies some time to refresh and regenerate its supply of energy to go on working, not realizing that we need time to reflect on our actions as well as those of others, our environment and its state before moving on to new matters. A period of reflection, recollection, filtering and dumping or off loading things that would otherwise clutter our minds.
Modern life has made life more demanding and taxing not only on our bodies but on our minds as well. Think of the amount of physical work or lack of it may have on our bodies all the while consider the balance met between physical load and the amount of mental calculations and decisions we have to work on as we wade through the information pool that makes up modern life.
States may include as a result: worry, dread, fear, all of which would reduce and bring down ones confidence to perform in different life activities such as relationships, games and sports, work, personal development and many more. Symptoms would include: irritability, restlessness, having a hard time concentrating, muscular tension, nausea, insomnia in the worst case of lack of sleep, headaches that may lead to migraines, sharp pains in the chest that would feel like a heart attack, inability to have proper bladder control, breathing difficulty, shivering and sweating, blurred vision, and feeling drowsy amongst other symptoms.
There are different forms Anxiety disorder may occur, each with none or more prominent characteristics or signs that single them out from the rest. It important to recognize and seek advice and treatment for any form or level as it may lead complications or manifest itself in more destructive and harder to treat forms.
Here is part of my success story that's has worked wonders for loads of people including Me, and over time I believe as happened through my own experience and will happen to you, the frequency and intensity of the attacks will subside, and become a thing of the past:
