The appellate practice at Michigan law firm Collins

, Einhorn, Farrel & Ulanoff is staffed by respected attorneys who have provided leadership to the Michigan legal community. In 1994, Appellate lawyer Deborah Hebert served on the committee to establish the Appellate Practice Section of the Michigan State Bar and subsequently served as its founding chair. Fellow practice member Noreen Slank also served as chairperson for the Appellate Practice Section. Additionally, Hebert and Slank are fellows of the Litigation Counsel of America, an invitation-only trial and appellate lawyer honorary society.

Collins, Einhorn's Appellate practice group has been building an outstandingteam of experienced appellate advocates for nearly 30 years. The grouphas becomerespected by legal professionals and judges at both the state and federal court levels. This recognition reflects the team's legal maturity, record of successful appeals and strong client advocacy.

The firm's experienced appellate attorneys have argued hundreds of cases in the Michigan Court of Appeals, the Michigan Supreme Court, and the federal Circuit Courts of Appeals. More than half of the appeals the firm handles are referrals from outside the firm.
