You may think that you know the basics of applying nail polish but there are different ways of applying polish on order to achieve nice looking nails

. You can have it done at home so that you will no longer pay for an expensive manicurist. You just need to have a little time and practice to get beautiful results every time you apply nail polish.

Before you apply the polish, you need to prepare some basic tools to complete your nail beautification. Make sure that you have your nail polish and polish remover in case you make a mistake. You might also use cuticle stick, cotton balls, emery board, cuticle oil, cuticle trimmer, hand and nail moisturizer.

You need also to choose the right color of polish before you start applying. There are various nail polish colors, cheap nail polish even but are of good quality and colors that are very nice as well. Choose the one that you like and the color that suits your skin tone among your wholesale nail polish. Before you apply polish on your nails, be sure to clean your nails. If you have your old polish on your nails, have it removed first. Your manicure will not look nice if you will cover an old polish. The nail polish remover that you are going to use must be alcohol free and will not dry out your nails.

After removing the old polish put cuticle oil on your nails. You should brush the cuticle oil and massage it. After, you can now apply a base coat on your nails. Start brushing in the middle of your nail and then on the sides. By this you will have an even coating. It is better to start putting polish on your smallest down to the biggest nails.

After applying a base coat, you can apply the polish of your choice following the same procedure with the base coat. Wait until the polish dries. The length of drying your polish will depend on the kind of nail polish you put. Add a top coat on your nails using the same procedure. This top coat will add even more balance and shine to your nails.

When the top coat is dry, you can clean up your nails with cu-tip and nail polish remover. This will remove any flecks of polish that you have on your skin and around your nails.

You can have the manicure that you want without the need to pay salon or spa prices, you just have to know the basic techniques to beatifying those precious hands.
