I bought this machine because of the very positive comments others have written, especially people who said AR-North has an excellent customer service. I had no problem with the invitation, it's just nice to know that there are useful.
Where I live we have a lot of mold on everything this summer. I washed my house (vinyl siding) and my street and sidewalk. There is a "Turbo-wall" that comes with it to make (the water running as shown), which was great for cleaning outdoor chairs with tape on the seats and backs. They look new! Clean, well the bird bath is great.
I would say he used the machine for 15-20 hours without any problem.
I am 100% satisfied with the performance of the machine. If you compare the cost to have someone clean my house and sidewalks of themselves.
If it was more a stick attack to the head at a right angle can be easily reached the highest peak of the house.

Well constructed and works great
I spent a lot of time reading reviews of other units before buying this one, and I have not been disappointed. The connectors for the hoses are made of metal (brass and aluminum) with standard o-ring seals. This should mean that unlike plastic connectors they should be more durable, and the o-rings can be replaced for cents if needed down the road. The manufacturer makes a big deal that the pump pistons are metal not plastic like others. I am hopeful this will translate into more long-term durability. Maybe others who have owned for a long time could comment.
I have used the unit to clean a large composite deck and was very pleased with the performance. The wand is easy to use and having both a long electric cord and a long high pressure hose (ie the hose from the unit to the wand), means that I only moved the unit itself once or twice during the whole operation. The electric plug is protected with a large GFI (ground fault interrupter) which always makes sense when you are around water.
I also used the unit to clean the front and back board of a full-height basketball hoop. To do this I was standing on the top of a step ladder and using the wand. The long hose meant this operation was easy.
So far I am very pleased with the unit, and I like how both the hose and electric cord have a place to be wound up and stored on the unit, which makes it compact to store away.
From my experience so far I am very please with the unit.

Nice. A little leaky but even that is better than the usual brand. You know, the yellow one. Been through at least two of those. I have high hopes for this one. Plenty of power.
Very Poor Design
They always picture the hose on the reel with the nozzle attached - IT CAN'T BE DONE! The hose MUST be detached from the nozzle AND the pressure washer before it can be rolled on the reel. At first glance it looks like the hose and nozzle just pull out from the reel and away you go - NOT!
The electric cord winds around the back of the washer and covers up the pressure hose attachment (which is in an awkward place to start with). You have to unwind the whole electric cord in order to connect the pressure hose - duh!
The wand/lance is the same as the AR112 and yet on the AR112 it fits tightly into the handle and does not rotate. On this model the wand/lance doesn't fit the handle properly and rotates in the handle even when fully installed. You're never quite sure its locked in and not going to come flying out into your car.
The wand/lance rotation makes it a pain in the butt when you try to adjust the nozzle since the wand/lance rotates instead of the nozzle adjuster - WHAT WERE THEY THINKING? I'm hoping I have a bad handle but dealing with AR customer support is proving to be a little irritating - I'm still trying to remove the smoke from my butt from my last call! Monday I'll start call from the top down!
This unit puts out quite a bit more vibration through the hose and handle than my AR112 - probably due to the extra 300# of pressure. It gets uncomfortable enough to force you to re-grip somewhere else.
It cleans well but as I said has to be totally dismantled for storage: hose, handle, wand/lance, etc.
I will probably sell this unit and continue to use my AR112 which is a great little unit.
AR Customer Support no help - top or bottom. The poor handle design is just that - poor handle design. Returned unit to seller and gladly paid 20% re-stocking fee to be rid of it!
