Are Panic Attacks Real?

Your pulse is calm. There is nothing wrong with today. You woke up this morning with a smile on your face. So you ask yourself, why are you feeling like you do right now. Can this thing they call panic attacks really be true?
While many agree, panic attacks really do exist. Sometimes mistaken for a heart attack, panic attacks or anxiety attacks happen more often then we want them too. We simply ignore them half of the time sice we are really not sure what is happening. Panic attacks are not specific to any gender or age.
For the most part, it appears that a stressful situation sets them off, but often enough, they can form with no recourse and no warning. Without warning, an aggravating moment is all it takes to set one off.
These attacks can cause dizziness. Starting as a dizzy spell, it can cause you to partially lose control and begin to panic. A tight feeling will begin in your chest and sometimes your throat. It appears to give you the feeling that someone is standing on your body.
Temperature fluctuations to your body is also a prime example of a panic attack beginning. Hot flashes are often followed up by tense feelings situational anxiety. The feeling of a tingle to parts of your body manifest and a rapid heart rate is close to follow.
As most of us have great amounts of stress in our lives, large amounts of these are an ideal trigger for a panic attack. This is why, panic attacks are increasing, with a possible cause being a dead economy. And as one becomes stressed and heartfelt with anxiety,so are others who are associated with these people (spouse,children,co-workers)
Having a feeling that your traditional routine is not a part of you is also another sign of an panic attack. You don't feel as if you are one with life and the the people around you. Unfortunately, great amounts of stress have been known to generate of sadness and even the worst cases suicide.
There are some things you can do to fight off these uneasy feelings and allow you to resume a normal life. There is no need to rise up every morning and be concerned for the day when nothing has even happened yet. Stop losing sleep today and look into the possibilities of a better life with less stress.
