3. Calm down. Do not worry about things you do not want to be strain over. I use to worry about everything laundry, deadlines, family, work, I stressed about it all.
When I realized stressing would kill me no matter how well I ate I reduced the strain and gained laughter. I have got so much to do today. Probably more things than are humanly possible, but I'm not stressing. Just taking it one step at a time.
4. Don't go on a low-fat diet. Your heart could possibly get worse if you do this.
Get eating the healthy fats like olive oil, coconut oil, walnuts, organic eggs and salmon. Stay away from the bad fats like crude oil in donuts and French fries and hydrogenated oil.
5. Don't be afraid to eat saturated fat. Saturated fat is not causing people to get sick it is sugars, refined foods, and an copiousness or refined carbohydrates that are making the country sick.
