Arthritis and The Eight Things You Are Probably Doing to Keep It
Arthritis, to some extent, is what you have genetically inherited
, from your parents and ancestors. Its showing up as your weakness.
But, arthritis is much more than that. Physically its an inflammation of your joints. So you have probably had inflammation elsewhere as an ongoing problem.
The bad news is that inflammation is often linked to heart problems.
The good news is that you can do a LOT about it yourself, starting now.
You see, any illness, disease, malady, call it what you will, comes down to a compromised immune system. If your immune system is struggling to work properly, you easily show symptoms of your weaknesses.
But if you have an effective and healthy immune system, YOU can cure anything. So the key here is to get your immune system working properly.
Are you doing any of the following?
eating dairy products eating meat, or any animal flesh, more than about once a week eating junk and processed food taking medication, having vaccines limiting your exposure to sunlight, and when you do go out into the sun, you use sun block dont exercise much, if at all dont take responsibility for your health or your life tend to see the negatives in life, rather than the positives - your glass is half empty All of the above knock your immune system for six. So how can your body cure your arthritis?
Impossible!
OK, now youre not going to be able to change everything over night, but you can start right now.
Be realistic. Dont overstretch yourself, but make targets, so you stay on track.
I suggest you get a book - a nice, attractive one you will want to write in. Set some goals. And when you achieve these goals, give yourself a treat. One that is special to you.
So the main goal is to get rid of your arthritis. Write that at the top, in bold.
Under that, make smaller goals on a regular basis. Perhaps weekly. So week one might be to cut out all dairy.
Before you cut out things in your diet, or your life, make sure you have replaced it with something youre happy with, or are changing the way you think.
For instance, oat milk is a great tasting alternative to cows milk. I dislike rice milk, so if Id had that as my only option, I might still be having cows milk in my tea. (Soy milk has other problems, so avoid that, too.)
If youre a big meat eater, then try cutting back in stages. Have smaller portions, then move on to one day a week without meat. And so on.
Your diary will keep you on course, if you write in it and read it regularly. Make the treats worth working for.
The way you think has been with you for a lifetime, so be kind to yourself. Repeating positive statements can help, but think them, too. This is only replacing your negative thoughts you keep telling yourself.
Repeating something like I have cured my arthritis on a regular basis is creating a positive energy around your health. Repeat it ten times in quiet moments, or whenever suits you. But make it a daily habit. It may sound false and stupid to start with.
Dont worry, just stick at it.
Dont forget that you will easily sabotage your efforts at every opportunity. And your friends will help you, too. Thats why its good to keep a diary and check it regularly. Its OK not to achieve, as long as you recognise that you havent.
When you raise your immune system,, not only will you get rid of your arthritis, youll remove the potential for heart related problems, too. As well as many other health problem.
