Article Marketing—Do You Know What You Are Missing

Think about thisat this very moment while you are reading this

, millions of people with problems are searching for answers for those problems on the Internet. I mean THINK about it! Can you answer any of those problems?

I'll bet you could if you knew what the questions are. Noyou can't answer a million questions, but the way that affiliate marketing works, you don't have to answer a million questionsyou only have to answer just one at a time.

Here's an example: While I was writing this I went into Google Keyword Search and I typed in, "make money on the Internet," Over the past month 165,000 people used those exact keywords. Looking down the list that Google produced I found that 201,000 used the keywords, "make money on the net." Chances are that these 375,000 people are genuinely sincere in looking for an honest way to make some extra money.

Now the next question is, how do you get the e-mail addresses of all of those people so you can tell them how to make money on the Internet (net)?

Of course you can't do thatthose questions are just little bursts of electrical impulses with no return addresses.

Those thousands of searchers were given answers by Google in the form of organic search results. Along with the search results is a string of Ads on the right side of the page, each one offering an answer too. And up above those organic results (webpage after webpage) are more ads, The ads along the right get 1-2% of the traffic, and the ads up above get 2-3%. The website in the number 1 spot in the organic results gets anywhere from 40-60% of the clicks. So where do you WANT TO BE?

The answer is obviousyou want your website or your article (like this one) to be number 1. But how do you get there?

Well I'm hoping that I can show you how, but it will take more than this article to teach you all you need to know to get to number 1.

If you are new to affiliate marketingchances are you have been told along the way that there is no cost to be an affiliate marketer. If you believe that you are doomed to failure. In fact, statistics reveal that over 90% of those folks starting up a home-based, affiliate marketing business QUIT after just a few months.

So where are the instant riches? They are not found in the tons of garbage being sold on the Internet. If you can just remember this one axiom, "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is," then you have a good chance of surviving.

But I am open to new information and I began to learn what I needed to do to get traffic as well as have that traffic click through to my websites.
