It can be a hassle really to find an alternative at the very stressful time. I would like to tell you that this is not the exact way to react and if your Au pair has informed you then you should not complaint about it to the agency from you have hired Au pair. Its not his fault that he became sick, in-fact anybody can get sick. You should arrange a temporary Au pair for yourself and should have a meeting with the Au pair who has fallen sick.
