Google knows things like this happen, but still you should tell them about it because they will contact you eventually. Very many years ago, people did the keyword stuffing thing - terribly old-school and totally ineffective. Google's software is just too smart to let that one pass, and it is a sure-fire ticket to being banned from Adsense. Different search engines have different criteria for keyword density, but no more than roughly 3% will be fine. If you are serious about Google Adsense, then you have to merely abide by their rules and take care of it. It is really very simple, merely stick to their guidelines and procedures, and you will be fine.
