This includes your name, state, zip code, address, city and phone number. This leaves you exposed to your readers and therefore your reputation is at stake. Be careful with what you write in your emails. When they want to complain against you, they know who to look for.

Next, you have to include instructions that allow your readers to unsubscribe. Your readers have the right to remove themselves from your emails. The best that we can do as internet marketers would be to respect that decision. If this circumstance happened, it probably meant that we didnt something right.
