Next on the checklist should be the party date and location. If your bride to be wants to be pampered at a spa, the Saturday before the wedding would be a nice day to unwind and relax with the girls. If she wants a night out dancing and clubbing, perhaps a week or two before the big day is a good idea. No one wants to be tired or hung over at their own wedding! You might need to make a reservation or special arrangements for the bachelorette party based on the number of people who will be attending or the date and time you want the party to be.

After you have finalized the party theme, date and location, invitations are next. Bachelorette party invitations don't have to be formal, written ones like the ones sent out for the bridal shower or wedding. They can be a casual call or email to the friends and family members of the bride to be. Follow up with the guests a few days before the bachelorette party if you haven't heard back from them about whether or not they are coming to your party.

Depending on where you have the party you might need to purchase paper goods, decorations, and favors. These should be on the bachelorette party checklist as well.

The final item on the checklist have fun! Don't get yourself so worked up on the details of the party that you cannot allow yourself to unwind and relax when party day arrives. Bachelorette parties are meant to be fun. A little organization during the party planning process will allow you to have fun with the bride to be and friends.
