Bad Breath Stomach And What To Do About It
Bad breath stomach arises from the very real threat of bacterial infection that we are at risk of contracting every single day
. It starts with the foods you eat. If you're hooked on eating protein rich foods, i.e. fatty foods such as steaks and burgers, then you should be aware that this is working against your bad breath situation.
See, fat and protein rich materials, decompose the fastest, attract flies the fastest if left out on the table over night, uncovered-faster than vegetables and fruits, contrary to what you might've already known about decomposition. Decomposition and flies and the like aren't particularly dangerous on their own; it's perfectly common and natural process. The process and decomposition in general poses a particular threat when the process occurs in the mouth.
This is because the mouth is riddled with blood vessel rich tissue such as the gums, the tongue, and even the teeth's roots. It's absolutely imperative that these areas be kept separate from decomposition, and this is why. Decomposition is only possible because of bacteria that push the process alone. See, oxidation and the natural course or airing and dehydrating carbon based bio material isn't enough to decompose a bio material mass or heap on its own; the bacteria are absolutely required.
This is why bacteria rich soils and even worms that help distribute and propagate bacteria are needed and sought in such situations that find particular bacteria's helpful: such as composting activities. Compositing is controlled decomposition with the goal of creating a nutrient right soil that can be used for agriculture.
Those same processes in composting that helps feed us, is particularly dangerous to us, when those processes are located close to the mouth and blood vessel rich tissue such as the gums. This is because bacteria, by nature, grow exponentially. And when bacteria gets in touch with the nutrient, protein and vitamin super highway that is the blood circulatory system, then an infection occurs: an over growth and hyper growth of bacteria throughout the blood system: very dangerous.
Especially if you've over brushed and bruised your gums, without clearing the bacterial growth out of your mouth first, you're very prone to illness directly caused by the bacteria. Brushing has evolved to help keep this bacterial growth at bay. But the objective is high maintenance, and requires constant supervision.
*Brush after every snack and meal
*Brush and antiseptic rinse after every non water beverage
*Floss at every full brushing
*Use a mirror while full brushing
*Floss even when you don't have anything stuck between your teeth
If after following the dictate by dental academies and associations the world over you is still having bad breath, then you should consider the dietary approach to resolving the issue, and that would start with both the selection of what foods you eat, as well as the timing of what you eat. For example: you don't want to eat high fiber foods just before you sleep; it doesn't give you enough time to expunge those fibers from between the teeth.
