Spring is here! Summer is short. Get outside and enjoy a picnic together. Its' easy to do, cheap and fun! Where else can you get cheap, fun and easy. With a perfect picnic basket you can get in the outdoors. Take a hike in the mountain, walk along the river bank or sit in the middle of the grain field and enjoy what nature has given us.

Children love to be outside with their family. A picnic doesn't need to be fancy to be good. A peanut butter and jam sandwich will work just fine. Add an apple and a banana, along with a juice box and you have all the makings for a great picnic.

Your basket comes supplied with plated, cutlery, napkins and more. Remember to take along a table cloth, salt and pepper, ketchup/mustard/relish packages, squeezable mayonnaise and some dill pickles. Add some wieners and buns and you have the makings for a wiener roast. Find the city park that has Bar-B-Que pits or open fire pits and start roasting.

For a romantic picnic, pack some red wine, strawberries and chocolate. You can make or buy some chicken salad wraps, some healthy baked potatoes chips and some fresh cut fruit along with veggies and dip. Remember to include some nice glasses to sip your wine. Maybe a CD player for some nice romantic music. Enjoy the fresh air and conversation.

Families and friends need to spend more time together. To play together, to share together and to relate to each other. No better way than a picnic. You don't have to go far. Your backyard could be the perfect place for you. Take you meal outside onto the deck, turn off the TV, leave your cell phone behind and spend time with each other. Your relationship will "thank you".
