When it comes to discovering real sales tips for selling using hypnotic mind control

, it's worth debunking a few myths. I had the funniest email conversation recently with a certified hypnotist who approached me about a joint venture cross-promoting each other's products and programs.

Now keep in mind - he approached me. 'Terrific,' I thought, hoping it would lead to bigger audiences for sharing my selling success stories and sales tips.

I'm always open to working with others in the field of hypnotic mind control to help create excellent sales tips and so I accepted his offer. He responded back to indicate that he didn't want to partner with me because he didn't like my use of words around sales tips.

What did he think my sales tips and selling site was about, how to wash the dishes? He then wrote -

Obviously this 'certified hypnotist' has never heard of Charles Manson, The Moonies or any other cult or cult leader, let alone the benefits of hypnosis-based sales tips! Talk about naive! In addition there's an amazing story about a trainer at a Tony Robbins seminar. If you think this has nothing to do with sales tips and selling, you may be surprised.

This trainer who I won't name went to all of Tony Robbins' trainers and hypnotically suggested that they seduce any women they meet. He also planted the post- hypnotic suggestion that they wouldn't be able to perform. While not necessarily public knowledge, people in the field are aware of this story


The guy that approached me is, to say the least naive, and limited in his understanding of better selling using these methods. Understand - I'm not recommending that anyone looking for great sales tips start a cult or get people to do things they would not normally do in the name of successful selling. Hypnotic mind control to boost your selling should be used ethically, period!

Unfortunately it's people like this, trapped in their own certified world that lose sight of how hypnosis can be used for things other than weight loss and therapy - like selling! Using it for selling needs to be done ethically with the end goal of client satisfaction.

If this guy was around before Milton Erickson proved hypnosis was a viable therapy, he would have declared Erickson a witch doctor! Perhaps some people need to be closed minded so that mind control masters in the world of selling can mess with their worlds - while sharing our sales tips with the open-minded.
