Dona Paula beach is known as the Lovers Paradise'. The story of Dona Paula De Menzes committing suicide for her love makes this closely related to the lover getting attracted to this place. The major tourist attractions to this place are National Oceanography Institute, Raj Bhavan (Official residence of the governor of Goa), Miramar and Vainguinim beach.
