Beaches in Puerto del Rosario

There are 8 beaches in Pollenca out of which one beach has got recognition as a blue flag beach

. There are two nudist beaches exclusively meant for naturists in this place. In addition there are some beaches that allocate part of the beach to naturists.

Blue flag Beaches

1.Blanca beach is about 1 KM long and is well connected both by bus and car. The promenade here is newly laid and hence is very attractive. It leads you to the smaller sheltered beach where small children can play around. However it is slightly overcrowded because of the adjacent hotels and shopping complex. This beach has golden sand and moderate waves. The beach length is 875 M and width 75 M.

udist Beaches

El Castillo is a beach that has not been spoilt; this is a quiet beach. This beach has golden sand and strong waves. The beach length is 190 M and width 35 M.

Marfoln beach is a nudist beach and has fine golden sand. The beach is equipped with facilities and services such as telephone, bars, cleaning service and bins. This beach has strong waves. The beach length is 950 M and width 30 M.

Others

Carrin It is an unspoiled beach that can be reached by car or bus. There are few people on the beach. This beach has black volcanic sand and moderate waves. The beach length is 150 M and width 12 M.

Chica the shape of this beach is like a half-moon. This beach has white sand and calm waters. The beach length is 200 M and width 60 M.

El Aljibe is a beach that has remained pure as of now. Part of this beach is a naturist area. This beach has golden sand and strong waves. The beach length is 1210 M and width 30 M.

El Puertito There is a small bay that leads to this compact and magnificent cove. In contrast to the green colored sea there is a dark cliff on one of the sides. This beach has black volcanic sand and strong waves. The beach length is 200 M and width 30 M.

Janubio beach has not been spoilt and one part of the beach is a naturist area. This beach has black volcanic sand and strong waves. The beach length is 230 M and width 40 M.
