Being healthy seems like a very ambiguous goal

If you meet with your doctor and you have some goals laid out, but you are still not sure exactly how you are going to accomplish them you can then meet with a different professional. Whether you meet with a personal trainer, a nutritionist or a therapist there are many resources available.
These resources can be expensive. When you are not in the financial situation to make these appointments you can instead do some research on your own and look for published information that the professionals have created.
Taking the time to understand the option that is best for you is important. Your body is unique and you want to make sure that the goals that you set are unique for your body type and that you have a plan that is tailored for your body.
There are many different types of health goals that you can set for yourself. Often times, people will only associate losing weight with becoming healthier even though there are many different ways that you can improve your health.

Improving your flexibility may be a good way to deal with some types of chronic plain. As you are moving through your stretches and working to improve flexibility you may notice that your body feels different.

Improving yourself as a whole may be much more successful than just improving small aspects of your life. As you are working hard to be healthier in all aspects of your life you should make sure that you do not become overwhelmed.
The process can be difficult and it can be time consuming. Stick with your goals and with the process that you have designed for yourself and hopefully you will be able to see the results that you need for your body.
